Interpreting:
Consecutive interpreting
This involves interpretation where the interpreter usually waits until the speaker says a few sentences and then the speaker pauses and waits until the interpreter translates what has been said.
It is necessary for the interpreter to have ideal conditions for interpreting, that means delivering background materials on time (esp. the dictionary of terms), acquainting the interpreter with important points of the meeting and the environment in which they will interpret, allowing the interpreter breaks for meals and rest.
Simultaneous interpreting
Simultaneous interpreting is mainly used at international conferences where speakers speak in their mother tongue and interpreters in cabins interpret into other languages so that each participant at the meeting can choose the language to be interpreted into their earphones.
Again it is necessary for the interpreter to have ideal conditions for interpreting, that means delivering background materials on time (esp. the dictionary of terms), acquainting the interpreter with important points of the meeting and the environment in which they will interpret, allowing the interpreter breaks for meals and rest.
Other services
English and French lessons, Czech lessons for foreigners
Besides translation and interpreting services we can provide English and French lessons and Czech for foreigners, all held in our offices. We have all the materials necessary for good quality teaching. The Client has several options when choosing the lesson contents, teaching materials or he can even choose his own materials. We can teach beginner, intermediate and advanced levels, common and business English/French. We provide lessons for employees directly at the Client or, upon agreement with the Client, special language lessons for specialised branches.
